Concept of hacking:

Hacking is an act of penetrating computer system to gain knowledge about the sysytem & how it works . The most prominent definition of hacking is the act of gaining access without legal authorization to a computer or computer networks . A hacker first attacks an easy taget , and then uese it to hide his or her traces for launching attacks at more secure sites . The goal of an attack is to gain complete control of the system ( so you can edit , delete , install , or execute any file in any user's directory) , often by gaining access to a "super-user" account . This will allow both maximum access & ability to hide your presence.
Often attacks are based on software bugs that a hacker can use to give himself or herself super-user status . Many system came with the default usernames & password which some buyers neglected to change & hackers are succeeded in guessing them by persistance.

Ethical hacking:

An ethical hacker possesses the skills , mindset , and tools of a hacker but is also trustworthy . Ethical hackers perform the hacks as security tests for their systems.

It also known as penetration testing or white-hat hacking involves the same tools , tricks , and techniques that hackers use , but with one major difference:
•  Ethical hacking is legal.
•  Ethical hacking is performed with the target's permission.
•  The intent of ethical hacking is to discover vulnerabilities from a hacker's viewpoint so systems can be better secured.
•  It’s part of an overall information risk management program that allows for ongoing security improvements . Ethical hacking can also ensure that vendor's claims about the security of their products are legitimate.

They know just enough to cause you headaches but typically are very sloppy in their actions , leaving all sorts of digital fingerprinting behind . They often need minimal skills to carry out their attacks.
2).Admins:
These hackers usually know just enough to cause serious problems . They know about computers & networks , and often use well-known exploits , which are developed by Experts.
3).Coders:
These are skilled Hacking Experts . These are the people who develop many of Hacking Tools , including the Scripts and other programs that the Script Kiddies use.
